Re: St Georges day
just a thought, if you are taking a de-acc to this event, it may be wise to make sure you have the certificate to hand? at this event last year i was stopped by a bobby who had a good look at my sten & asked to see my de-acc cert. luckily i had it on me. this is the only event so far that this has happened, but it may save you getting a "producer" note?

Good note from Cpl.D. ALWAYS CARRY YOUR DEAC CERT. i carry a copy, keep the original safe at home.
By the way Mjr. David not doing Morley so looking at Lt. Turton to take the helm on the march followed by Subarlton Field.

Great to get back together again, second event of the year yet another wet one. Enjoyed march down into town center, march back was somewhat to be desired.Wet through to my tights mm i mean long johns. too far back in the line, behind scouts, cubs, public.Nearly fell over a cart being towed by a huskey etc and just in front of darth vader. well what can you say. up to knees in mud. but main thing back with guys and gals again thats the main thing.
best thing the horse didnt drop one was worried though.
